Had het al geschreven had in de maand April een te drukke maand om berichten te posten op mijn blog. Nu heb ik nog een week heerlijk vakantie, hou je vast want ik ga weer schrijven…

Eerst even Moederdag, dit heb ik met veel liefde gemaakt voor onze moeders…
“A mothers love is like a cup of tea, they are always there to comfort you…”
Zo is het toch met al die lieve moeders, altijd heerlijk thuiskomen!
Om lekker in hun handtas te stoppen een handgemaakt kopje thee gevuld met heerlijke zakjes thee, suikertjes en koekjes.

First of all Mother's day, this is what I made with love for our mothers ...“A mothers love is like a cup of tea, they are always there to comfort you…”So it is with all those lovely mothers, always nice to come home!Our mothers can use this in their handbag, a little handmade tea cup bag filled with delicious tea, sugar and little cookies.


Zelf ben ik heerlijk verwend door mijn dochter (en ook een beetje door m’n man) met een heerlijke zomerse Eau de Toilette van Hugo Boss.

I am spoiled by my daughter (and a little bit too by my husband) with a delicious summery Eau de Toilette from Hugo Boss.

♥ Giro d’Italia 9-5-2010 ♥


Ja was er bij samen met mijn man Henri (fan van wielrennen), op een paar honderd meter van ons huis reden gisteren de wielerploegen van het evenement Giro d’Italia.
Zoals je ziet ik ook op de fiets hahaha… de camera mee en heb de sportmannen op nog geen meter heel leuk van dichtbij mogen aanschouwen, althans door m’n lens.
Dit maak je maar één keer mee dat ze zo dichtbij komen en dat je het “live” kan meemaken.

Yes I was there with my husband Henri (a fan of cycling), yesterday on a few hundred yards away from our house we can see the cycling teams of the event Giro d'Italia.As you see I was on my bike too hahaha ... took the camera with me and closely on a yard away I have seen with much fun all those sportsmen, at least through my lens.This happens once in your lifetime that you can be part of it and see it live.

Eerst de reclame karavaan, een auto stopte en je kon als herdenking of aanmoediging de beroemde roze trui (in dit geval t-shirt hahaha) met een leuk pakketje kopen.
Tuurlijk snelde ik naar de bus en moedigde ze aan met deze hippe roze pet!
Geduldig wachtten we af… ah, de auto die de beginkoers aankondigde.
First the publicity cars goes by, a car stopped and you could as a memorial or encouragement buy the famous pink jersey sweater (in this case it was a t-shirt hahaha..) wrapped in a nice package.Sure I rushed to the bus and encouraged them with these cool pink pet!

Geduldig wachtten we af… ah, de auto die de beginkoers aankondigde.

Patiently we waited on ... ah, the car that the starting course announced.

Helikopters cirkelden al boven ons, duurt niet lang meer… Ze zijn nu ongeveer op de Amerongse berg, richting Veenendaal, Slaperdijk en dan Munnikenweg… waar we stonden op een prachtige spot.

Helicopters circled above us all, will not be long ... They are now about the “mountain of Amerongen" up to the place Veenendaal, slaperdijk (sleeperdike) and then Munnikenweg ... we were waiting on a beautiful spot.

En ja, met de camera op sport stand gezet klikte ik heel wat weg en met het terugkijken van de foto’s zag ik met behulp van mijn man Henri de kenner op dit sportgebied heel wat beroemdheden voorbij fietsen…GEWELDIG!

And yes, I set the camera on sport mode and so I clicked so much away and reviewing the photos I saw with my husband Henry “the expert” on this sport section a lot of celebrities of sportsmen... AWESOME!

Fantastisch om toeschouwer te mogen zijn van deze toer en om dit verslag te schrijven.
Voor de komende dagen wens ik alle deelnemende wielrenners nog héél veel sportief fietsplezier toe zonder valpartijen! Was leuk om jullie live te zien fietsen...

Fantastic to be spectator of this course etappe and also write this report. For the next few days, I wish all participating cyclists many sportive cycling pleasure with no crashes! Was fun to see you all live cycling...
